Individual Counselling
We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Let me journey with you to foster a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life.
Counselling offers a confidential space for growth, helping you develop coping skills, manage stress, and build healthier relationships, fostering mental well-being and a more balanced life.
I offer sessions both in person at my office in Grand-Sacconex and online via Zoom.
My Approach
I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to my practice, fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients. With a deep understanding of human emotions and effective communication skills, I empower individuals to explore their concerns, develop insights, and implement practical solutions. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I am dedicated to facilitating positive change, promoting mental well-being, and guiding individuals on their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, I employ an integrative therapeutic model that combines elements from various evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic and existential therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
I prioritize placing individuals at the heart of counselling by tailoring my approach to their unique needs, ensuring a client-centered experience.

It can be daunting to seek out counselling for the first time, or even after a break. Counselling is as much about our therapeutic relationship as it is what you bring to the session. I am happy to have a free 15 minute phonecall or Zoom chat for you to see how you feel. My priority is your wellbeing, and I’m happy to discuss your needs in a confidential safe space free of judgement.

Counselling, psychotherapy and psychology are all types of talk therapy. Counselling is a collaborative effort between the counsellor and client. Professional counsellors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
