Individual Counselling
We often find ourselves caring for others first, and in the process, our relationship with ourselves can quietly fall to the side. Together, we can explore a gentler, more compassionate way of being…one that honours your needs and nurtures the most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself.
Counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to make sense of what you’re feeling, develop coping strategies, manage stress, and build more fulfilling relationships. It’s a space for growth, healing, and creating a more balanced, grounded life…whatever your story, background, or stage of life.
I offer sessions both in person at my office in Grand-Saconnex and online via Zoom, whichever feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
My Approach
I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to my practice, fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients. With a deep understanding of human emotions and effective communication skills, I empower individuals to explore their concerns, develop insights, and implement practical solutions. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I am dedicated to facilitating positive change, promoting mental well-being, and guiding individuals on their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, I employ an integrative therapeutic model that combines elements from various evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic and existential therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
I prioritize placing individuals at the heart of counselling by tailoring my approach to their unique needs, ensuring a client-centered experience.

About Me
I believe everyone deserves to feel truly heard and understood, especially during those times when life feels messy, painful, or uncertain. As a therapist, I bring warmth, presence, and gentle curiosity to our work together, offering a space where you can show up just as you are.
My approach is rooted in the person-centred philosophy developed by Carl Rogers. At the heart of this is a deep trust in your inner resources, and a commitment to creating a non-judgmental, compassionate space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored safely and openly.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support each person in a way that feels right for them…whether you’re navigating grief, facing a life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed. Alongside my private practice, I also work with Cancer Support Switzerland, and have particular experience in supporting individuals through loss and bereavement.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative journey…one where I walk alongside you, with care and respect, as you move toward healing, clarity, and deeper self-understanding.

It can be daunting to seek out counselling for the first time, or even after a break. Counselling is as much about our therapeutic relationship as it is what you bring to the session. I am happy to have a free 15 minute phonecall or Zoom chat for you to see how you feel. My priority is your wellbeing, and I’m happy to discuss your needs in a confidential safe space free of judgement.

Counselling, psychotherapy and psychology are all types of talk therapy. Counselling is a collaborative effort between the counsellor and client. Professional counsellors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
